The restaurant is through out the year open for lunch and dinner with the exception of sundays, Old Years Day and New Years Eve. The Bistro is open 7 days a week for dinner. It is advised to reserve beforehand. De Hoefslag is not only renouned for the fantastic kitchen, but also for the business hotel with allure. The restaurant is a member of the "Alliance Gastronomique". De Hoefslag can arrange your evening for 2 to 150 persons. In the summer we serve your lunch and dinner in our serre and, when the weather permits, on our sunny terrace.
