Centrally located in the smallest city of the Netherlands (150 inhabitants), one of the oldest and most beautiful urban farmhouses is established, Hotel Restaurant Herberg de Gouden Leeuw. The premises, that used to be three separate houses, is situated opposite of the ?Slotkapel? (castle?s chapel) dating from 1345 AD.
The extensive breakfast buffet is served from 08:30 to 10:00 h. Please indicate on the reservation form if you are on a certain diet to enable the cook to take your wishes into account. On Mondays and Tuesdays from November 1st to April 1st guests can spend the night, but the kitchen will be closed. The staff can recommend several restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner.
Additional information
- The hotel does not have a 24-hour reception. Guests can check in until 22:00 h. If you wish to check in at a later time, this can be arranged in consultation with the hotel.
- There is a surcharge 3% for credit card payments.
- An additional bed can be placed in the room on request, at a charge of €30 per night.
- Pets are allowed on request.
- Luggage can be stored at the hotel.
