Ameland is known as the Wadden diamond. You can rent a bike to see the beautiful surroundings of this peaceful island.
The hotel has a beautifullly decorated sunny garden and spacious parking lot as well. You can reach the golden beach of Ameland in a 10 to 15 minute stroll. There are many surprising cafes and restaurants around the corner.

In the middle of Nes, within walking distance from the beach you can find Best Western Hotel Zeewinde. In the surroundings, you can enjoy beautiful nature reserves and of course the beautiful sand beach. Nes, picturesque town has many nice stores and pleasant restaurants. All rooms are comfortably organized and have own shower/bath and toilet. All rooms have also own balcony or terrace. The hotel is being thoroughly refurbished both inside and out; we are open since July 2004. In the meantime you can enjoy the lovely surroundings and of course the beautiful beach.
