After a 15 minutes walk along the river 'Schelde' you'll reach the dazzling city centre of Antwerp, the diamond city. Don't forget that Rubens' birthplace, currently the Rubens museum, is situated here as well.
The modern Antwerp is also well-known as fashion city, so the fashion museum MoMu is definitely worth visiting as well.
A night out on the town is also well spent in Antwerp. In many café's, bars and clubs you can enjoy the famous Belgian beers.

The beautiful new hotel 'Express by Holiday Inn' lies on the edge of the centre of Antwerp by the city marina.
