Ehzerwold country estate lies in the Berkelvallei, close to the rustic village of Almen and the Hansa town of Deventer. Bordering on the beautiful Velhorst nature reserve, it is an ideal starting point for many hiking and cycling tours along farms and country estates, scenic spots, and friendly people. The stylish main building on the extensive estate dates from 1911. Despite major renovations and modernisation, its distinctive character has remained intact.
