Condo Gardens Brussels is not a hotel, but it offers something completely different!
Condo Gardens Brussels lets 56 completely furnished and fully equipped flats (35mē - 60mē) in a beautifully renovated warehouse in Brussels. The ideal alternative in case you fancy something different then a standard hotel room.
The complex lies in the shade of the Belgacom towers, within walking distance from city hall, esclusive shopping streets, trendy restaurants, taverns, museums and the dazzling nightlife.
Bed linens, towels, kitchen ware, everything is available. You can prepare your own meal and thanks to the sitting area with sofa you don't need to use your bed to watch TV from. Besides, each flat is equipped with wireless broadband Internet. On request the hotel will supply a breakfast package for €10 per person per breakfast.
Please note: Check-in is until 20:00 h. Please contact the reception desk in advance in case you arrive later.
Additional information
- An additional bed can be placed in Medium Flats 2p and in Flat 1 Bedroom 1p for €15 per night.
- Pets are allowed at a charge of €25 per night.
- Luggage can be stored at the reception if you make reservations.
Please note: In contradiction to the cancellation policy stated below, all reservations are non refundable, non changeable and can not be cancelled. Your credit card will be charged for the whole amount of the booking.

Children: Two children until the age of 3 can stay in the room of the parents for €10 per night. The charge for children from 3 to 12 years of age is €20 per night. A child cot can be placed on request.
Parking: The hotel has private parking spaces for €10 per 24 hours. It is advised to make reservations at the reception.
