In the centre of Almere, the most dynamic and fastest growing city of the Netherlands, opens in April 2008 a sparkling hotel: Hotel Almere Centre. Modern architecture is whole in line with the progressive, hardly futuristic, style with which the heart of the city has been built. The English architect William Alsop signed the design, whereas the national hotel specialist Theo spies of SBS architecture becomes responsible for the interior and finishing.
Hotel Almere Centre will have 117 comfortable rooms, arranged with especially devised (and therefore unique!) pieces of furniture. All the rooms are brand new, you will be amazed by the warm colours and the stylish and original design. Of course the whole hotel will provide to be with the most progressive technical pinches, as a result of which for example the business traveller can go always and everywhere on the digital motorway.
The ground floor has a multifunctional space, with a cosy lounge, a sociable restaurant and a large reception. Entresol will accommodate two modern meeting rooms and a wide lobby. All rooms become to provide with coloured but solid furniture, a light bathroom and all technical freedoms. The bar is open from 11:00 to 24:00 h. The restaurant is open from 11:00 to 22:00 h.
