The à la carte restaurant is located in the former living quarters of the noble family. Each salon has its own ambiance which is in perfect harmony with the original murals and ceilings. Allow yourself to be pleasantly surprised by the restaurant - and kitchen staff - and its excellent French menu. To complete your culinairy experience you can choose a renowned wine from the wine cellar.
You can also enjoy a cup of coffee or a vlaai (pastry for which the province of Limburg is famous) or a local beer in the informal Bistrot de Liège. Local specialities, business lunches and a weekly changing menu are also served in the bistro.

The history of the country estate dates back to the twelfth century. Since 1997 the hotel and restaurant is located here. Each magnificent room and suite offer every comfort you expect from a 5-star hotel. The indoor Roman pool, the sauna and Turkish steam bath are available for guests at no extra costs. The only Kneipp S.P.A. in the Benelux is also located here. Chateau St. Gerlach offers hospitality in a historic setting in the middle of some beautiful countryside.
